Governing for Rights and Quality - what you need to know

11/08/2020
Recent and current investigative enquiries highlight a growing expectation that organisational governance considers human rights as well as quality and safeguarding.
The Disability Royal Commission, in particular, has highlighted an expectation that there is an organisational understanding of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at Board level.
NDS has partnered with Purpose at Work to offer the Right on Boards program for Boards and Executives, a capacity-building program for Boards and Executive Teams.
Dr Alan Hough (Purpose at Work) will be drawing on some of the elements of the program in a member-exclusive webinar, Governing for Rights and Quality: A webinar for Boards and Executive teams, on Monday, 17 August.
