In the second part of our analysis and comment on the Disability Royal Commission’s key recommendations on Quality and Safeguarding, we look at reportable incidents, redress, complaints handling, provider registration, compliance and enforcement.
Part one, covering supported decision making, advocacy funding, restrictive practices, support coordination, improved health care and funding for a provider-of-last-resort scheme, was published on Friday 6 October.
