Webinar will look at Yooralla’s response to the DRC

In December 2019, Yooralla, one of Victoria’s largest disability providers, came under close examination by the Disability Royal Commission (DRC) in Public Hearing 3. Long before the hearing and the Commission’s report on the hearing, Yooralla had embarked on a path of reform.
In February, Yooralla reported back to the Commission about the reform they had achieved and the reform still to be made.
The latest of our member-exclusive DRC webinar series, Client Experience and Meaningful Engagement for Design, on Friday 25 August, will focus on the experience Yooralla and how the lessons they learnt may point the way forward for disability services in Australia.
