Learning and Improvement
ExpiredAnalysis, Learning and Improvement asks organisations to use the information that they gather through complaints, incident reporting and investigations to inform improvements to safeguarding practices. It also recognises the collaboration and cross-sector approaches to prevention and response to abuse, neglect and violence toward people with disability.

A focus on what makes life good for each person is an important factor in enabling rights and minimising the risks of abuse. This short video will help boards to consider ways to embed a human rights approaches in their organisation.
